4:05 P.M.  Meet with Frank Stratton for the 2010/2011 Water Works and Waste Water budgets. 

4:15 P.M.  EXECTUTIVE SESSION pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. SEC 405 (6) (A). Meet with Utilities Superintendent Frank Stratton for annual evaluation.  

4:30 P.M.  Meet with the Budget Committee to finalize 2010/2011 Budgets. 

1.   Approve and sign the Warrants for payment through March 15, 2010. 

2.  Approve the Selectmen's Meeting Minutes of March 8, 2010 as written. 

3.  Approve and sign the Ambulance Adjustments and Ambulance Uncollectible.
