4:00 P.M.  Meet with Katahdin Paper Company Representatives Mike Reider, Rick Grunthaler and Sheldon Cote to discuss KPC 2009 Property Tax Abatement.  Discussion regarding request from KPC for an updated Confidentiality Agreement between KPC and the Town.

 4:15 P.M.  Meet with Public Works Director Danny Violette to discuss Public Works Project timelines.

 4:30 P.M.  Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. SEC 405 (6) (A). Meet in Executive Session with Public Works Director Danny Violette to discuss personnel matters.

 4:45 P.M.  Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. SEC 405 (6) (A). Meet with Ambulance Supervisor Les Brown and Jessica Fogg to discuss a personnel matter. 

1.  Approve and sign the Warrants for payment through July 26, 2010. 

2.  Approve the Selectmen's Meeting Minutes of July 12, 2010 as written.
