4:30 P.M.  Meet with Public Works Director Danny Violette to finalize 2012/2013 Public Works/Solid Waste and Hot Top budgets. 

4:45 P.M. Meet with Administrative Assistant Shirley Tapley to discuss the 2012/2013 Administration, Cemetery and Library budgets. 

5:00 P.M.  Executive Session pursuant to 1 MRSA SEC 405 (6) (A). Selectmen to meet with Shirley Tapley for annual department head evaluation.

2.  Approve the Selectmen's Meeting Minutes of January 30, 2012
