Spaghetti and all the fixins' 4 PM Concert - Beth Weatherbee she was born and raised in Millinocket, Maine and is a graduate of Stearns High School. Her parents David and Marie Weatherbee both taught at Opal Myrick Elementary School for close to four decades so many of you might remember them. Beth began singing at a very early age in the Baptist Church in Millinocket and continued to sing in different choral groups throughout her schooling. In 2002, Beth got the opportunity to travel to Tennessee and compete in a musical entertainment competition where she received the "Rising Star Award." She has also been part of Katahdin Idol for the past four years as either a judge or Mistress of Ceremonies. She now resides in Dover-Foxcroft with her daughter Vanessa Cousins and teaches at Tri-County Technical Center while running a small dance studio in Sangerville. Beth recieved her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and her Master's Degree in Education from the University of Maine. Her daughter is also musically inclined and will be pursuing an education in the Performing Arts after she graduates next year from Foxcroft Academy. Beth is very excited about performing for East Millinocket's Summer Fest and was honored by the invitation 5:30 PM Concert - Tom Dixon Band Tom Dixon is an up and coming singer/song writer, whose style is a unique combination of smooth country vocals and southern rock. www.tomdixonband.com
